Welcome to Pulse Protect CPR. By accessing our website, utilizing our registration portal, or attending our training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Registration and Payment

Securing Your Seat: Full payment is required at the time of booking through our registration portal to secure your spot in a class. A seat is not guaranteed until payment is fully processed.
Right of Refusal: Pulse Protect CPR reserves the right to limit class sizes, decline enrollment, or cancel a registration at our sole discretion.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Standard Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a refund. Please note that credit card processing or registration fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. However, you are permitted to reschedule your course one time, subject to class availability.No-Shows: Registered students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notification forfeit their tuition entirely and are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.
Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that Pulse Protect CPR must cancel a training session, enrolled students will be offered a priority transfer to another date or a full, unrestricted refund.

3. Student Conduct and Expectations

Classroom Environment: Students are expected to arrive on time, actively participate, and treat instructors and fellow classmates with respect.
Right to Dismiss: Pulse Protect CPR reserves the right to immediately dismiss any student who is disruptive, poses a safety risk, or interferes with the learning environment. No refunds will be issued to students dismissed for behavioral reasons.
Prerequisites: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet all necessary prerequisites for their chosen course before registering.

4. Certification Issuance

Completion Requirements: Attending a course does not guarantee certification. Credentials and certification cards are only issued after a student successfully demonstrates all required physical skills and passes any applicable written exams.
Delivery Timelines: Processing and delivery times for certification cards are subject to the timelines of the respective certifying organizations.

5. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Ownership: All original content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Pulse Protect CPR and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy this material without our explicit written consent.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use our website and registration systems (including WIX and CPR Enroll) only for lawful purposes and agree not to interfere with the security or functionality of these platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Educational Purposes Only: Pulse Protect CPR provides emergency response training strictly for educational purposes. Successful completion of our courses does not guarantee a successful outcome in a real-life medical emergency.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Pulse Protect CPR, its instructors, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the content of our courses, or the application of the skills taught in our classes.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of your personal and payment information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge our privacy practices.

8. Modifications to Terms

Pulse Protect CPR reserves the right to update or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
